The following is an email written by a lieutenant colonel at Fort Campbell in Kentucky — advising three dozen subordinates to be on the lookout for soldiers who might be members of “domestic hate groups.”
This email was obtained exclusively by Fox News. Names have been redacted.

Many events have been taking place across the country – just want to ensure everyone is somewhat educated on some of the groups out there that do not share our Army Values.
When we see behaviors that are inconsistent with Army Values – don’t just walk by – do the right thing and address the concern before it becomes a problem.
We need to make sure that we maintain our standards – starting with reception and integration.

used from HAARP matches the capability of NEXRAD RADAR.. as they are creating this plasma in the atmosphere using 0-4MHz.. (nexrad pulses between 0 to 12.4MHz putting the HAARP frequency and RADAR frequency on overlapping spectrums)

Aliens Spying, Photos

Monday morning madness. School, work, farm, the usual until we grab our tinfoil hat.

And we see a giant circle of no condensation on one of our windows in the living room! By most standards this a big room w big windows w 2 double hung on each side. From the outside the circle was maybe 18 feet up, as there is a deep window well beneath.

It was 42 degrees outside, 68 inside and all the windows were covered with exterior moisture except one spot that formed a circle a little larger than a human head – an alien head? Have to be one tall alien. Was someone or thing watching us?

What would make a circle on window and not the others? The sun wasn’t up yet to warm the windows. So what was the heat source to make the circle?

The washing of the windows has been on the honey do list for a long time. Even if they were clean, doubtful that cleaning them would lead to such a spot.

Time to take the tinfoil hat off and go wash windows.

Mr. Zinser and his investigators found that Jones had presided over wildly excessive and disproportionate treatment of New England fishermen, misuse of government funds, and a document shredding party while Zinser was actively investigating his department. Andrew Cohen, Special Agent in Charge NER, was relieved of his position in September 2010 due to findings of overzealous law enforcement practices.

During 2010, the U.S. Department of Commerce Office of Inspector General issued four Reports or Reviews of NOAA Fisheries Enforcement Programs and Operations. Bird Kills, Drones, Spy 101

We had a bunch of barn swallows up on the gutter making a racket. Got to thinking about reports of dead birds in massive amounts. What’s killing them? Toxins, lightning strikes, electromagnetics, HAARP, natural deaths or nefarious kills?

No idea if the bird flu is to blame.

In the news is drones, robotic bugs and insects spying on the people who paid for them. That would be you and I, the taxpayer. Is it plausible the bird kills are intentional b/c they have been armed with cameras or spreading disease, intentionally or otherwise?
