President Obama may be in contempt if he fails to show up tomorrow in a Georgia court.  The main complaint claims he is not a natural born citizen and should not be permitted on the Georgia ballot for re-election.

Yup, we’ve heard it all. The birth certificate was forged, his dad was born in Kenya, etc.  No one has followed the events surrounding Obama’s citizenship better than http://citizenwells.wordpress.com/.

Deputy Chief Judge Michael Malihi on Friday, denied a motion by the president’s lawyer to stop a subpoena that requires Obama to show up in person.

His Order on Motion to Quash Subpoenas:

ORDER ON MOTION TO QUASH SUBPOENAS

Defendant, President Barack Obama, a candidate seeking the Democratic nomination for the office of the President of the United States, has filed a motion to quash the subpoena compelling his attendance at the hearing on January 26, 2012.

In support of his motion, Defendant argues that “if enforced, [the subpoena] requires him to interrupt duties as President of the United States” to attend a hearing in Atlanta, Georgia. However, Defendant fails to provide any legal authority to support his motion to quash the subpoena to attend. Defendant’s motion suggests that no President should be compelled to attend a Court hearing. This may be correct. But Defendant has failed to enlighten the Court with any legal authority. Specifically, Defendant has failed to cite to any legal authority evidencing why his attendance is “unreasonable or oppressive, or that the testimony… [is] irrelevant, immaterial, or cumulative and unnecessary to a party’s preparation or presentation at the hearing, or that basic fairness dictates that the subpoena should not be enforced.” Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. r. 616-1-2-.19(5).

Defendant further alludes to a defect in service of the subpoena. However, the Court’s rules provide for service of a subpoena upon a party, by serving the party’s counsel of record. Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. r. 616-1-2-.19(4). Thus, the argument regarding service is without merit.

Accordingly, Defendant’s motion to quash is denied.

There is not one, but four cases regarding Obama’s eligibility.

 

In response to the conspiracy theories, the White House released the President’s long-form birth certificate on April 27, 2011, reaffirming that he was born at 7:24 pm on August 4, 1961, in Honolulu, Hawaii. Nearly 3 years after the eligibility questions arose.

Therefore, what does this mean to attorney Van R. Irion, Rep. Mark Hatfield and attorney Orly Taitz?  EVERYTHING.  The U.S. Supreme Court case Minor v. Mitt Romney’s great-grandfather, faced in 1884 with arrest for the practice of polygamy, packed up his five sister-wives and progeny and high-tailed it south of the border to Mexico. Mitt’s father George Romney was born in Mexico, which conferred Mexican birthright citizenship to him regardless of his parents’ nationality.

I know, you’re saying to yourself, this is crazy! It doesn’t matter where George Romney was born because his parents were Americans. George Romney even pursued the presidency himself in 1968 and his eligibility was not questioned. Jewel, The Black Bear!

A black bear named Jewel in Ely, Minnesota is apparently days- maybe hours away from giving birth to cubs in her den.  Way better than watching O.J. Simpson but just as addicting, you can watch her on a live webstream!

Bear researchers have put up a video camera inside her bear den so all the world can watch!  It’s infrared for night time viewing as well.  On Monday morning Jewel was doing what bears normally do in the winter, curl up in a ball and sleep.  Through the week though, Jewel has become more active, grooming herself, and fidigitting around, and well- let’s just say paying attention to down there.  We can’t take are eyes off this bear.  Its on ustream  http://www.ustream.tv/jewelblackbear where we warn you, you will become addicted.

Phobos-Grunt, what really happened?

The Phobos-Grunt Probe destined for Mars has apparently completed its earth orbit, crashing onto our Blue Marble somewhere, sometime on January 15, 2012.  We asked last month if HAARP had something to do with its failed mission in December in this article- http://ahrcanum.wordpress.com/2011/12/21/did-haarp-hit-phobos-grunt-conspiracy-mars/

Looks like we aren’t the only ones questioning HAARP in Alaska, and other radar installations.

Lt. Gen. Nikolay Rodionov, a former commander of Russia’s ballistic missile systems, says covert U.S. radio beams — not any Russian screw-ups — scrubbed the interplanetary trip

In a November 24, 2011 interview with the Russian news agency Interfax, Rodionov said ‘powerful American radar’ in Alaska ‘could have influenced the control systems of our interplanetary rover,’” Nash wrote in his post:

Rodionov was quoted saying the U.S. wants to use the ionosphere as part of its missile defense, although he did not elaborate. ESA failed to contact it, suggesting that the data was encrypted.  Russia claims to have gotten telemetry and had exchanged data.  If they did, it wasn’t enough to spare Phobos-Grunt’s demise.

Numerous satellite tracking sites were able to pinpoint its location- until apparently, the last hours of Phobos life.  Either communication was lost, demand exceeded band-with or there was some other nefarious reason we couldn’t track its apparent final demise- if in fact, it has crashed at all.

The website, Space Track, is managed by U.S. Strategic Command (Stratcom) at Offutt AFB, Neb.,

…the military deviated from normal practice when it removed links to the spacecraft’s reentry predictions while neglecting to publish final reentry data for the defunct probe Jan. 15. Instead, the site posted a vague statement asserting Phobos-Grunt “decayed within the forecast period of 16:59-17:47” GMT….

Weeden, a former U.S. Air Force officer who directed the Joint Space Operations Center’s orbital analyst training program, has no idea what would motivate the U.S. military to break with standard protocol for Phobos-Grunt. But he says the unusual steps taken by the military raise questions about the reliability of its data with regard to high-profile or important events such as Phobos-Grunt.

“This also appears to run counter to the expressed policy of the U.S. government to improve its data-sharing efforts on space situational awareness, and undermines efforts by other U.S. government agencies such as NASA and the State Department to communicate with the public and other countries on reentries,” Weeden says.

Phobos was allegedly stuck around 201km perigee and 275 km apogee and had gradually declined when reports came in that it had crashed 17:45 UTC, 1:45 EST.  Crashed where?  Did it crash at all?  The leading answers are the Pacific, central Brazil, some place off Chile or the Atlantic.  

Previously Russia’s envoy to NATO and now Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin isn’t ruling out that the launch could have failed from U.S. radar saying on Tuesday, ‘This theory has a right to exsist. I am taking the investigation into the reasons for the Phobos-Grunt failure under personal control.’  Rodionov and Rogozin don’t stand alone in the HAARP theory.

The Soviet Union once a country united is nothing, if not cohesive in lying blame on others.  Roscosmos head Vladamir Popovkin sad the probe could have been caused by, “interference from a foreign technical facility.”

“Experts do not dismiss the possibility that the probe could have accidentally come under the impact of emissions [from a U.S. radar stationed on the Marshall Islands], whose megawatt impulse triggered the malfunctioning of on-board electronics.” Kommersant, the business daily citing an unnamed source in the Russian Space industry.”

If the Marshall Island Control Center had nothing to do with Phobos-Grunt demise, at the very least shouldn’t they have been tracking it?

Many Russian officials and military brass blame many natural calamities on HAARP. Phobos-Grunt fragments have crashed down in the Pacific Ocean,” Russia’s Defense Ministry official Alexei Zolotukhin told RIA Novosti, adding that the fragments fell in 1,250 kilometers to the west of the island of Wellington.

The spacecraft allegedly fell at about 21:45 on Sunday Moscow time [17:45 GMT].

If a tree falls over in the woods and there is no one to see it or hear it, did it really fall?

 The German Tira (Tracking and Imaging Radar) facility saw Phobos-Grunt during its last days.

Phobos-Grunt was a 13.5-tonne spacecraft’s with an estimated 7.5 tons of fuel,  stored in aluminum tanks that should have exploded upon reentry making quite a scene.  Perhaps visible from the ISS and certainly visible to at least on of the 1,000′s of other orbital satellites, no?  German tracking shared this undated photo suggesting that the Phobos-Grunt last days were on fire.

A Russian space probe designed to boost the nation’s pride on a bold mission to a moon of Mars came down in flames Sunday, showering fragments into the south Pacific west of Chile’s coast, officials said.

Pieces from the Phobos-Ground, which had become stuck in Earth’s orbit, landed in water 1,250 kilometers (775 miles) west of Wellington Island in Chile’s south, the Russian military Air and Space Defense Forces said in a statement carried by the country’s news agencies.

The military space tracking facilities were monitoring the probe’s crash, its spokesman Col. Alexei Zolotukhin said. Zolotukhin said the deserted ocean area is where Russia guides its discarded space cargo ships serving the International Space Station.

RIA Novosti news agency, however, cited Russian ballistic experts who said the fragments fell over a broader patch of Earth’s surface, spreading from the Atlantic and including the territory of Brazil. At 16,500 feet, (5,000 meters) scientist are tracking supernovae, black holes, and the final frontier.  Apparently ALMA can not track one little lost satellite.  Is the new fiber-optic system capable of outbound communication interruption to a satellite?

What else is in the region of the alleged fall?

The Brazilian Decimetric Array (BDA) in Cachoeira Paulista, São Paulo, Brazil is a 38-element radio telescope interferometer working in the frequency range of 1.2-6.0 GHz.- wiki. And what is the frequency of HAARP?

Two firings from the probe’s hydrazine-fueled cruise stage were planned over South America shortly after launch in November and it failed in the same region.

In this scenario, the Americans were innocently beaming radar signals deep into space to get measurements of a passing asteroid, and forgot to warn Russia. Doomsday Clock Ticking Away to Armageddon

The Doomsday Clock, a relic of the Cold War nuclear arms race is still ticking, and today it will move forward or backward.

Today the Doomsday Clock rests at six minutes to midnight.  The Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists will announce it’s decision in Washington, D.C. this afternoon.  The B.A.S. board of directors includes 18 Nobel laureates among its experts.

Hmm, maybe two years?  The farthest the clock has been from midnight was 11:43 when the U.S.A. and Soviets signed the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty in 1991.

Nuclear weapons have been a great deterrent, but we have places like North Korea, Pakistan and Iran who are in development.  Would they be willing to sell them to terrorists like the Tali-ban? 

In the late 60′s we recall standing in line for our Polio shots along the halls of elementary school.  On the walls were the atomic symbol that the school was a bomb shelter.  Today, the drills to put our heads under the desk to cover our head drills seem most asinine.  So too does getting the Polio shot, which the U.S. government claims to have millions of doses in storage- somewhere.

Maybe worse than selling a nuke is the prospect of securing a nuclear weapons site and keeping track of fuel rods.

NPO Energomash Academician VP Glushko, is a leading company in the world to develop  powerful liquid rocket engines.  You would think there would be some kind of security. 

Their engines power the modern Soyuz, the Zenit 3SL, and the Angara and Baikal launch vehicles. Heck, their RD-180 engine powers the first stage of the Atlas V, an American rocket. More importantly, they have specially strong ties to the Russian military.

If a girl can just walk about a working factory unnoticed, imagine what a terrorist could have done?  Is it plausible that the lack of security was related to the doomed Phobos Grunt mission?

We’d venture to say the factory has since beefed up its security.  Wonder where she will attempt to visit next.  CERN, HAARP, EISCAT, Chernobyl…?

Whatever happens to the clock, time marches on.  Right? Just ask the Mayan people.

UPDATED.  The Doomsday Clock has been moved 1 minute closer to midnight!

That represents a symbolic step closer to doomsday, a change from the clock’s previous mark of six minutes to midnight, set in January 2010. 

The clock is a symbol of the threat of humanity’s imminent destruction from nuclear or biological weapons, climate change and other human-caused disasters. Did HAARP hit the Phobos-Grunt Probe?  Probably not, but put your tinfoil hats on anyway.

A Soyuz rocket launched successfully from the Russian-leased Baikonur cosmodrome this morning on its way to the ISS.  We woke up early to watch a beautiful launch. The Russian Soyuz TMA-03M spacecraft  is also known by its US designation of 29S.  http://www.universetoday.com/92014/video-soyuz-launches-for-holiday-hookup-with-the-international-space-station/

On December 17, 2010,  from the new $800 million facility in French Guiana, “A Russian Soyuz rocket fired six satellites into space Friday, launching missions to serve defense agencies in Europe and Chile with high-resolution imagery and electronic intelligence.”  http://www.spaceflightnow.com/soyuz/vs02/111217launch/. 

In the post Shuttle era it is a huge sigh of relief.  In August, an unmanned Progress cargo ship headed for the space station crashed – the rocket that failed was the same kind used by the Soyuz. 

The rocket that launched Phobos was a Zenit-2.

The Fobos-Grunt or Phobos-Grunt or just Phobos  is an attempted Russian probe that was designed to collect rock and samples from one of Mars’ moons Phobos, and bring them back to Earth to study.  It also carries China’s first Mars satellite, Yinhou-1.  A pretty ambitious effort considering this is Russia 16th failed mission attempt to the Red Planet. 

Phobos was launched on 9 November 2011 at 02:16 local time (8 November 2011, 20:16 UTC)  from the Cosmodrome. Apparently, subsequent rocket burns intended to set the craft on a course for Mars failed, leaving it stranded in low Earth orbit. It’s stuck around 201km perigee and 275 km apogee giving skywatchers plenty of looks.

At about two and a half hours into the mission, something went haywire and it is now expected to mostly burn up in the Earth’s atmosphere.  So why the failure?

Eleven minutes after launch, it was in an elliptical orbit around 345km above the Earth.  In the attempt to raise the orbit and get Phobos on its mission to Mars, two firings from the probes 13 tons of hydrazine fueled tanks were planned. 

Russian Space agency officials say neither burn took place.

Along comes an amateur astronomy taking a mediocre video that captures what appears to be Phobos with an unidentified object nearby.

I have just received word from the project that there seems to be a serious problem.

After the planned first burn of the engine, the spacecraft was not found in the predicted orbit. Alternative radar
observations preliminarily show that there are two objects in the orbit with parameters the same as before the planned
engine burn. Observers are requested to attempt to discover the spacecraft in the initial LEO parking orbit.

This is the official pre-launch estimated TLE of the LEO parking orbit:

I imagine that one of the two objects seen on the radar could be the final stage of the booster. Accurate descriptions
and counts of the number of objects seen, as well as position and time would be useful.

Here in Brazil some observers reported that they observed the probe in the
“illuminated phase” of the expected path.

But one of my colleagues (called Heverton) that lives in the city of
Umuarama of state of Paraná (south of Brazil -

two objects in the orbit, in the own words:

“I saw, but I found odd. First I saw a point a little slow, but I think it was
the ISS. Then I saw Phobos and right behind it a point with a light a little
weaker. I think it was the remains of the rocket??
If my eyes not deceived me, I saw the light getting a little stronger
at the estimated
time of ignition. Too bad I can do any record”*

I asked more accurate details about the observation and today he wrote:

“Accurately I can not say anything, but I saw it from about 20:55:30 and
20:57:00 (22:55:30 and 22:57:00 UT) . The brightness of the probe was greater
than the ISS shines normally, but much less bright than it was Jupiter. The
position, the best I can remember I tried to sketch with the help of

It was reported on December 6 buy columnist Leonard David from Space Insider that, “Pieces of the spacecraft had begun breaking off and re-entering the atmosphere with the rest of it expected to follow by early January. If it wasn’t the aliens or just some screw up along the way could it have been HAARP?  Lt. Gen. Nikolay Rodionov, a former commander of Russia’s ballistic missile systems, says covert U.S. radio beams — not any Russian screw-ups — scrubbed the interplanetary trip

Nothing personal but if anyone is going to use the ionosphere, I hope it is the U.S.A.  So what was HAARP up to?

All things considered, a flea on a camel’s ass makes more of a hicup than that.  

So maybe it wasn’t exactly HAARP. Or maybe HAARP was on re-runs from a previous day.  Could it have been an early warning radar interference mechanism?  Could it have been the Russians themselves? 

Recall Project Woodpecker and it’s satellite jamming efforts.  This was followed by the Duga-2, built on the same site and also used as our daily entry picture.

Woodpecker tracked launches from the far east and submarines in the Pacific Ocean as the missiles flew toward. It’s site lies within the 30 kilometer Zone of Alienation around the Chernobyl power plant.  It’s debatable if it remains operational today.

The Russian space program generally speaking is like the U.S. program, running out of money.  So who does have the money and the science to kill Phobos?

As far as astronomy goes, we’d hardly call any of us experts.  We write from America’s  farmland, nestled between two major city airports and have an grass airstrip in the backyard.  A few folks are licensed pilots, and have served in the Air Force flying F-16′s and some bomber plane that the old man can’t remember the name of anymore.  We’ve always thought that flying, whether to the moon, planets or on an airplane is a privilege- not a right.   Baldwin should take heed.

The great thing about being rural is the night sky and no city lights. We have a good view of  weather fronts, contrails, chem-trails, satellites, and the sky in general.  A few favorites are NASA’s Solar Monitor, PUniverse (Physical), and Space Weather http://spaceweather.com/.  Last night we purchased SkySafari for iphone and highly recommend it.   http://www.southernstars.com/products/skysafari/index.html

All that Maxwell Smart could do with the phone in his shoe was talk.

We’ve turned our cell phones into a satellite and airplane tracking devices, but nothing beats the naked or enhanced telescopic eye.   A few days ago we found a UFO or something odd from the GOES satellite that we’ve never seen before.

What in the Sam Hell is that triangle thingy ma bopper?  Is it coming or going?  Up or Down?  The images come from reliable NASA GOES Satellite.  http://goes.gsfc.nasa.gov/goeseast/fulldisk/3band_color/  This is NASA folks, the most reliable scientists going!

Could it be  from Fukushima?  A giant amount of super heated particles damaging the ozone layer?  Is that why HAARP picked up absolutely NOTHING?  That is one heck of an entry for Phobos-Grunt. Not.

Who will light up your life now that the standard incandescent light bulb is all but extinct?  Energy efficiency standards for light bulbs will begin to phase in on Jan. 1, 2012.  Readers might want to hope for light bulbs in their stockings this year.

We could blame President Obama with all his global warming, tree hugging pandering to General Electric.  One can even go back to the Bush era with Congress passing an energy conservation measure that set standards to ban most ordinary incandescent bulbs.  But you know what? It is you and I that are to blame.  We voted them into office.  Some of them bought into global warming.  My vote may have canceled yours out, and the lefts effort to save the planet and some money in the process, has back fired.  Talk about being dim witted.

When a government can regulates what kind of light bulb you can buy, it becomes rather apparent just exactly how much might and power it has over its people.  The government also regulates what kind of toilet and shower faucet you use in an effort to save water.  For more than a hundred years,  incandescent light bulbs have lit up our homes and business just fine.

The Jobs Council guru has moved even more GE infrastructure to China.

The EPA claims the new CFL use less energy than incandescent bulbs, and will actually result in less mercury being released because the power plants won’t have to make as much energy.  We’re pretty sure we only pay for actual energy used, but power companies still have to provide the full voltage and current.  Coal supplies around 50% of the electricity in the U.S., but  there is no mention of clean coal, instead focusing on an award winning new light bulb and five million smart meters. 

 

Why is it the governments job to install smart meters on our power grids?  Wouldn’t the private sector do just as good of job and create private sector jobs?  So help me…are those smart grids manufactured in China? At least not all of them are–

 

Obama Solyndra: Corporate Crony Capitalism

 

Like Solyndra, a number of “smart grid” companies have received taxpayer backing. But federal financing was not enough to keep Beacon Power, a manufacture of flywheel energy storage technology, from going bankrupt. They may not be the last smart-grid company consigned to that fate.

Beacon received a $43 million loan guarantee from the same stimulus-funded Energy Department program that financed Solyndra. Late last month the company filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy protection…

Ener1, which, with subsidiary EnerDel, has received more than $120 million in federal grants, announced early last week that it had replaced its president, its chief executive, and its top financial officer. The company manufactures lithium-ion batteries for smart-grid energy storage.

The Coal Industry has gotten better in the U.S. Is it a perfect means of energy production? The taxpayer is footing the bill to the green economy, companies, lobbyists and light bulbs that don’t work very well.  No wonder we’re going broke.

Lighting solutions company Osram Sylvania and audio innovator Artisan have teamed up to produce the MusicLites system – a 10W LED light bulb with a 70mm full range hi-fi audio speaker built in. The Flu, Anthrax, Plague and Vaccines.

The U.S. Government has agreed to pay $2.5 million to the widow and family of  The National Inquirer Florida tabloid photo editor, Robert Stevens who was  killed in the 2001 anthrax attacks.  The document also says the U.S. is not admitting fault and she has to return sensitive documents. http://www.sun-sentinel.com/news/palm-beach/boca-raton/fl-anthrax-award-20111129,0,3694250.story

Whatever is in those sensitive documents surely would have been brought out in a trial.  Who will be the first to file a FOI?  The FBI continues to blame Bruce Ivins out of  Fort Detrick- he never got a trail and is an alleged suicide victim over dosing on Tylenol.  There’s a lot of doubt about that, some which we’ve written about prior here=http://wp.me/paBV0-JF.    Another scientist, Steve Hatfill was also accused but was cleared and got a $5.8 million settlement for invasion of privacy.

The Obama Care folks have authorized yet another vaccine trial, this one to test an anthrax vaccine on children.

Would you ever think to knowingly allow your child to be a part of an anthrax vaccine test?  How about any other vaccine test?   The U.S. government is supposed to obtain informed consent before giving an unapproved and experimental vaccine to anyone.  Yet in 1998, the Pentagon began a controversial mandatory immunization program for military personnel that was challenged in court over questions about the vaccine’s safety and reliability. 

The federal government has spent something like $1.1 billion to stockpile the anthrax vaccine to protect Americans in the event of an attack.  Imagine if the federal government spent an addition $1.1 billion on our borders with Mexico to protect Americans?

“The U.S. Government must do a better job of preparing for anticipated emergencies…. The German government did a good job at stockpiling an H1N1 vaccine and today are burning it.

Nearest spokesperson - Russell Simmons who’s latest rap is, ’It Is My Moral Duty To Do This,” in supporting the OWS movement.  Do you see a music concert in the future produced by him?

We’re leaning toward the hashtag, #occupymyfootupyourass.  Revolution?  Yes, there is room for improvement, but we’re not liking how Hope & Change and OWS has been working out.  At least Russell seems to be conceding that OWS in our parks, should move to an office.

 

It wouldn’t be America it seems, unless there was a lawsuit being filed.  The LA version of OWS is an injunction–
